I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they responded to my request. By the next day I was getting both my termite inspection and pest control services.  Dax was very polite and professional.  He is very approachable and friendly so asking him to spray around our shed and give extra attention to our windows, because I'm paranoid like that was very much a relief.  Their team is a wealth of knowledge when trying to prevent pests from entering our home.

Absolutely satisfied with Insectek Pest Solutions.  They are always friendly.  They respond quickly.  Wayne has been our primary guy and he's fantastic!  Best of all, their products work!

I have always had excellent service with Simply Green. I recently had an ant problem, they were out the next day to spray.

Showed up on time with the correct equipment...I've had a scorpion problem and several other companies would show up with a small canister and wand...not sufficient for my rock and block wall yard! West coast uses a large tank and industrial hose to douse my yard and guess what?!? Dead scorpions!!! I'm super happy with their services!

They do a good job, just like a zillion other bug companies. As with others, their prices are really high for what they do. I decided to do this myself after trying to find a less expensive solution. There are several on-line places that send you everything you need for pennies on the dollar for what you'll pay a bug guy.

I had a good experience will Bill's Termite Company last night.  Bill Jr. himself came out to the house (on time for our scheduled appointment!) and gave me a quote on fixing our termite problem.  The price was several hundred dollars less than another quote I had been given so I agreed on the spot.  

He treated the problem area right then and was done within half an hour. The great part is that even though they only treated one area, their work is a guarantee for the entire house.  If those little buggers come back in the next year they'll come back from free.  A good deal at a bargain price!

Every time I get a visit from Cory A., he is so pleasant and can tell really cares.  He wants to know what I have seen (if anything) and listens to me intently.  He gives me tips for things to do and not to do to prevents pests visiting my home.  :)

He is professional and always goes the extra mile.  This time, he even brought by garbage bin back from the driveway!  Bulwark and Cary A. are TRULY TOP NOTCH!!!!  They are reliable, professional and always bring that extra something that makes me realize they are the right choice for me!  GREAT JOB GUYS!!!

We just started with Green Magic Pest Control and after first service took care of our bothersome ants. :) The technician, Jordan, took care of us and was very thorough and listened to our requests. We appreciate the attentiveness and respect they show to our property. Highly recommend!

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

I had a swarm of bees hanging out in my tree, so I requested a quote. I was contacted within 20 minutes with a quote and some follow up questions. Ultimately, the swarm left (as I was informed might happen within the first 24-48 hours), but I appreciate the quick response and info.

I was in a panic when I suspected bedbugs I had 2 company's lined up one was Arizona Heat Pest Services. The service technician Robert who came the same day I called was profession and knew his job well !! Once he confirmed yes indeed it was bed bugs he scheduled Both Heat and chemical treatment

This company is AMAZING! Never have any weeds @ all & if for some reason some pop up they come out and spray again! Our neighbors have to pull weeds every week & we just sit back & watch.

Had rat activity in our sheds and heard a few thuds in the attic. Tried dealing with it on our own but it was a nightmare and the problem seemed to be getting worse- droppings everywhere! That's when we found Desert West. Within 2 weeks the problem was completely eradicated, and we got rid of more rats than I could have imagined. We were up against more than we could've handled alone, and he made it such an easy fix at a great price. Couldn't thank Joseph enough!

Alex is great! We had a really difficult time getting rid of a rat after he ate through a couple appliances. Even with the help of pest control, it was a challenge. But Alex never gave up. He made me feel hope that we would figure it out. He knows his stuff! He is very responsive, great at communication and always on time. I'd highly recommend this company!

Tyler is very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain the details like the whys and hows and whats. He made certain he wasn't leaving me with any questions. I greatly appreciate that. He explained everything in great detail but in terms that I understood. I feel 100% confident that I made the right decision is choosing the best company to deal with our termite problem.
